Step 1.
Look at it.
If that’s not enough to figure it out, perhaps you shouldn’t be legally allowed to purchase a hunting license.
Step 2.
If Step 1 was not clear enough, simply undo the metal G Hook clasp on the inside facing portion of the gaiter, remove the ratchet portion by depressing the two side buttons and pulling out the ratchet strap. Complete the steps in reverse to replace your strap and you’re good to go!
Factory Defects
We will warranty any piece of gear that has arrived with a factory defect or issue 100% free of charge.
Regular wear and tear
We build our gear to handle the toughest hunting environments on the planet. As avid backcountry hunters ourselves, we know how long and what environments we expect our gear to survive. We cannot warranty regular wear and tear, but we understand that sometimes life happens. When you push things to the limit, eventually something fails. If for some reason your gear fails to meet your expectations of its life cycle, reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Be funnier.
